Abstract:
This article describes the design and structure of hypertext on Laplace Transform using Wolfram Mathematica software used for teaching at the course “Matemáticas Aplicadas a la Aeronáutica (MAA)” at “Facultad Regional Haedo, Universidad Tecnológica Nacional (FRH-UTN)”. It reviews hypertext theory and explains its components and characteristics. It also highlights the relevance of ordinary differential equations in engineering applications and the advantages of using the Laplace Transform as a method of resolution. The hypertext’s nodes are explained, some screenshots are shown and software commands are described. The classroom context and lesson plans are described. This teaching resource provides students access to information of various kinds as a web of nodes in which the student user can browse at will. Taken together the hypertext designed with the class experience, there is now a body of evidence suggesting that these educational resources are an extremely versatile and adequate educational tool for digital ages.
