Abstract:
Objective:
Evaluation of the students’ global satisfaction with a hybrid-model including different strategies of collaborative learning (face-to-face and on-line), led by the teacher, in Public Health for Physical Therapy students. This model will improve effective participation, motivation and promote active learning.

Methods:
A collaborative learning methodology in the study of public health and community physiotherapy was carried out in Physiotherapy degree including several strategies of collaborative learning (face-to-face and on-line). Model utility and students’ satisfaction with the educational model has been assessed before and after the intervention. An anonymous initial questionnaire was used to perform a socio-demographic analysis of the sample (12 items) and also know anticipated ideas and expectations of the students (17 items). And an anonymous final questionnaire type Likert (24 items) to assess the satisfaction of the student from a general point of view on the learning techniques used in this project, in aspects of collaboration and participation individually or in a team.

Results:
The model has been successfully applied from the teachers’ perspective. Evaluation of the process showed also appropriated results, with a remarkable students’ participation. High response rate for evaluation questionnaires has been: 107 initial surveys and 142 final surveys, which corresponds to 66-88% of the 162 students enrolled. Our sample has an average age of 20.71 years and 54% are women. In the final questionnaire, all satisfaction and utility issues obtained more than 50% of the students very much in agreement or agreement. The item on the student's preference for using these cooperative learning strategies in other subjects of the Degree (68% of agreement or very much in agreement) could be highlighted. By comparing the results of the initial and final surveys, the percentage of students who consider it useful for learning to use collaborative tools in the theoretical classes increased to 77.8% in the final questionnaire from 61.7% of the initial questionnaire.

Conclusion:
Regarding educational relevance, our project has been useful for students’ objectives and for transfer of knowledge to teaching practice improving quality and diversifying learning tools besides lectures. This model diversifies teaching tools achieving a greater motivation-involvement due to students’ leader role in their learning.
