Abstract:
Learning Management System has been implemented in higher education institutions to develop collaborative studies in learning. The use of the Internet would allow learners to access the learning materials at anytime, anywhere and lecturers also could update and post new materials at their convenience time. Thereby, this case study investigates the experiences and responses toward the using of Moodle as LMS software platform among Computer Science in UMS (Universiti Malaysia Sabah). A qualitative method approach was used to measure students’ feedback in using LMS. Data collection includes: Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Attitude towards using and Intention to Use. The result indicated that Moodle as a virtual learning environment has a positive influence on students’ perception (the system is useful and easy to use). LMS provides a range of tools that can be used to support teaching and learning activities and capable to support them in teaching and learning processes with a blended approach. The result is essential for university to expand its efforts in developing successful innovative education.
