Qualitative research was conducted in order to conduct this case study. The primary data was collected through questionnaires and secondary data through internet, journals and business magazines. The questionnaires were distributed to different stake holders i.e. parents, teachers and students of schools, colleges, universities of both private and government sector within the vicinity of Rawalpindi and Islamabad. The study also proved that reflective practices, constructive alignment, curriculum objective, surface and deep approach by the faculty were the main ingredients that engaged students at high level in its learning. The discussion lead to the result that day to day judgment and regular performance evaluation through projects, assignments and quizzes makes it more stress-free to judge a student in terms of behavior, education, class participation and extra-curricular activities.
