Abstract:
LMS systems have been developed for the technical incorporation of the functions required in the blended learning process or what is known as electronic or online learning (e-learning). Several apps have been created as tools and implemented into different learning management systems to be used as part of the teaching / learning process. Almost all universities around the world are now forcing their members to use these systems as part of institutional teaching and learning practices. The main objective of this research is the review of the factors influencing the using the Learning Management Systems LMS in Saudi Arabia public universities, in particularly the University of Ha'il (UOH). Several factors were hypothesised in models for adopting the technology and in hypotheses about the acceptance of LMS. The sample size was 135 students in the preparatory program at UOH in Saudi Arabia for a statistical power of 80 per cent to achieve a minimum R2 of 0.15 with a significant level of 5 percent and 14 predictors. This study focused on the comprehensive theory of technology adoption and usage (UTAUT). Which was resulted from 5 key older theories. Ten out of 13 hypothesis was supported statistically using PLS SEM Analysis. The study contributed significantly policy makers in the Ministry of Education in Saudi Arabia and birding the theoretical gap of actual usage of the LMS in Saudi Arabia.
