Abstract:
The objective of this study is to know the suggestions of the students regarding the university academic tutorials. The aim of the research is to examine the characteristics of those students who have answered the only open question of an electronic questionnaire with closed questions about academic tutoring at the Teruel campus of the University of Zaragoza. It is intended to analyze the qualitative part of the questionnaire, and the characteristics of the people who have answered this question. The procedure followed to carry out the study includes two phases. In a first, the survey was sent to the student distribution lists of the Teruel campus. Subsequently, and due to the low response, in a second phase the surveys were conducted in the classrooms, just before or after starting the class session with the teacher, or in the teacher's office during tutoring hours. This system was carried out in all the degrees, and with the collaboration of different professors, and even of the management teams of the centers. The answers should serve to make the university educational community reflect on the improvement and enhancement of the tutorials and to ensure that they are useful for the end users, students.
