Abstract:
The objective of this cross-sectional, field and descriptive research is to analyze why the education of human capital is essential for individual economic development. This research bases on the premises of human capital as a generator of growth and well-being, for which in the proposed methodology analyze the economic growth of group of people, by different indicators related to education labor performance, arguing that it is possible to identify whether the education of human capital is truly a generator of individual development in people. The relevance of human capital education is a strategic element as a driver of the economic growth of a country, since previously the wealth of nations depended on the number of factories, territorial extension, work tools and machines, but currently it depends on the knowledge and skills of human capital as the main triggers of economic growth. The importance of human capital education is causing rapid changes, since the employers demand high-quality human resources that can only arise from well-qualified educational systems, requiring more skills, better productivity and greater capacity of workers to improve living conditions, combining experience and training in modern production systems.
