Giving the importance of acquire skills in the European higher education and its assessment. The University has sought a methodology used by most centers. Using a relationship between each activity and their subject competence, we can see their achievement by students.
A group of faculty research called PRODIS of the Organization, Business Management and Product Design department at the University of Girona is conducting a study of research from four years ago. The experiment has been an ICT tool called Cycloid, which is based on evaluate 120 questions to the students about their selves, giving us a set of thirty personal and social competences, divided into six groups. In our opinion, the Cycloid competences’ model keeps fit with important competences of our university and, therefore, worth exploring this tool because it can help improve student learning and also give us a guidelines for teachers involved in learning.
The aim of this article is to show the results obtained during this period and the competences evolution has suffered after making some improvements. Keywords:
