Abstract:
Within the framework of the III Own Teaching Plan of the University of Seville, and specifically in the improvement of the practices, entrepreneurship and employability of our students, an academic activity was developed aimed at promoting the entrepreneurial spirit of our students.

In eminently technical degrees such as Physiotherapy, a large percentage of academic training is aimed at students reaching a maximum level of professionalism and specialization related to their degree. However, there is a big leap between the academic and professional stage. A professional is not just a graduate but a set of complementary attitudes and skills. In addition, we find that working conditions and professional-patient relationships have changed. To face the new challenges and demands of the labor market, entrepreneurial students or graduates have to assume a paradigm shift in their way of acting. Lean Startup is a way of facing entrepreneurship either of products or services and that is based on a validated and scientifically experienced learning.
Objectives: to analyze and know the characterization of entrepreneurial professionals from the perspective of lean startup; as well as promoting agile entrepreneurship in students.

Subject: students of the last courses of the Degree in Physiotherapy of a Spanish Public University; as well as, the students of the Official Master's Degree offered by this University for graduate students. In addition, it was opened to all faculty belonging to the target Faculty, who were interested.

Methodology:
It was based on practical interaction, dialogue and continuous reflection of the contributions made during the training session, creating a climate of trust and dialogue that favored the participation and collaboration of the participants.

The activity, despite being carried out in a single group, was worked very intensely at a personalized level, allowing each attendee to take aspects of individual improvement.

The activity showed the necessary tools to carry out an agile venture. To this end, the following topics were addressed:
1. Collective Entrepreneurship and Social Economy
2. From the linear model of entrepreneurship to lean startup
3. Agile Entrepreneurship Methodology:
- Establishment of the customer archetype: empathy map and customer story
- Fit value proposition and customer: Value map
- Development of the CANVAS Business Model canvas.
- Basic economic viability plan.

Results:
The Lean Startup method provides the graduate/entrepreneur with the necessary data to achieve a viable business model and take the step to the company, thus minimizing the fear of failure that usually occurs at the end of the Degree studies, preventing many entrepreneurs from turning their ideas into businesses.

Conclusions:
Lean Startup and agile entrepreneurship is a methodology that helps to carry out projects without washing time or resources.
