Abstract:
The article discusses educational technology as “student's office”, used in the practice-oriented training of students in public branches of law. The purpose of the paper is the analysis of educational opportunities of the university students' offices, accompanied by theoretical training in the public fields of law, as well as the development of the concept and criteria of a socially-oriented lawyer in these areas.
Studies of educational practices of leading universities and teachers in the public fields of law have been made with the focused on student bureaus and taken into account of the employers’ position in the public service and business.
It has been revealed that the implementation of educational technology of students' offices is an important task of the social orientation to ensure compliance with the requirements of a new generation of lawyers. With further employment university’s graduates in a public service or in a commercial organizations, are more capable of making strategic decisions, balancing the interests of the country, a special region, business and citizen, which in a broad sense affects fair access to justice.
The implementation of the technological of the students' offices in the teaching of public law subjects is a promising course of the lawyers training, increasing their competitiveness in the labour market, allowing students to look at these branches of the law, not only from the perspective of government authorities and officials, but also from the position of the most vulnerable member of the citizen's legal relationship.
It is important, that the educational technologies, using students' offices, discussed in this article, can be applied to improve the teaching of the subjects of the public-legal cycle to enhance their focus on the practice and needs of the individual employer of the country or region. The lawyer's social approach opens up new aspects of awareness of access to justice for citizens.
