Abstract:
Aim and Scope:
This research was planned to re-evaluate and compare existing physiotherapy education conditions conducted at Pamukkale University School of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation (PAUFTRYO) as a result of changing physical conditions. It was aimed to compare the satisfaction levels of the students and the lecturers with the old conditions in the new physical conditions. The evaluation of the feedback received from the students and the lecturers was planned to examine the effectiveness of the physical improvement activities carried out and to reassess and improve the quality of the education.

Materials and Methods:
The study was performed in PAUFTRYO with final year students and 28 lecturer. The school’s old facilities in 2014 and the new facilities in 2017 were assessed by the students and the lecturers. Demographic information (gender, age, academic grade average, year of work experience) was recorded with the created form by investigators. The comparison was made by two questionnaires developed by Erden and Cavlak, whose views on educational services were questioned. Questionnaire 1 (18 proposals) consists of statements reflecting the feedback on the content of the education program, canteen-rest areas, training program content, etc. Questionnaire 2 (20 suggestions) is the questionnaire that students evaluate the instructors (7). Statistical Analysis of the data obtained from the study was done in the package program of Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS 20.0).

Results:
The study completed with 143 (72:female; 71:male) final year students (age average: 23.14±1.422 years) and 28 (16:female; 13:male) lecturer (average age: 38.38±7.42). Academic grade mean of students was 3.12±0.37, work experience mean of letcurers was 13.41±6.60. According to Questionnaire 1 results the level of satisfaction of students, education program content, grading system, counseling services, internship activity, occupational skills and overall satisfaction increased significantly while other categories did not change significantly by years. The level of satisfaction of the instructors increased significantly only in canteens and resting areas, but the difference in the other areas was not significant. According to the results of the satisfaction evaluation in 2014, there was a significant difference between the answers of the students and the instructors in all fields except the contents of the training program, the equipments. In 2017, there was a significant difference in all areas except the differences in the content of the training program, the equipments and readiness to work after graduation. This result showed that the changes in the feedbacks of students and instructors were in similar categories. The areas where the increase in the satisfaction level of students and instructors were most seen according to years were general satisfaction, information sharing, timing, vocational information / motivation, questions and grading categories. While there is no decrease in other areas; the increase was not significant either.

Conclusion:
The results showed that the changing physical structure positively affected the students and the lecturers and the physical possibilities of the building where physiotherapy education activities were performed. Also emphasized the importance of evaluating the opinions of the students and instructors in the satisfaction evaluations of the remarkable feedback differences in our study.
