Abstract:
​The expansion of digital technologies, in all fields, lead to the modification of the labor market and the need to develop the digital skills of employees, employers, potential or future employees. Transforming for the digital age requires improving the strategic approach more than the IT infrastructure, such as: how graduates - future entrepreneurs are prepared to make decisions in conditions of uncertainty, to approach some problem situations or to have anticipatory thinking.

​Although active learning in the virtual enterprises laboratories is well-known, the training method used to develop entrepreneurial skills in the context of the digitalization of the economy remains a challenging issue to analyze how high school students, especially in the specialization Technician in trade activities, the cycle higher, acquire and develop the entrepreneurial skills necessary for insertion, absorption on the labor market or for the jobs of the future.

This paper focuses on training strategies and the acquisition of entrepreneurial learning outcomes among high school students. In this approach, we chose to observe the impact of innovation in education, especially in the teaching of economic subjects, through the method - Virtual Enterprises.

In the analysis of the effectiveness of the Virtual Enterprises method in the development of the entrepreneurial skills of high school students, we carried out a research regarding the level of digitalization within the specialized classes in the development of the entrepreneurial skills of high school students. The conclusions and further directions for deepening, the results obtained and the performances recorded by the students through the knowledge and use of different educational platforms that facilitate the connection with the economic environment.

In order to act in an entrepreneurial spirit, active learning (learning that allows the student to come into direct contact with the studied material), learning through discovery/experimentation, but also learning through collaboration is necessary. The first aspect that emerges from the conducted research supports the fact that we must apply current pedagogical methods, such as: active, project-based learning, collaborative learning, independent learning, personalized learning. These can be tested in specialized classes, and the identified good practices can be shared among teachers to be finally integrated into everyday lessons through Inter- and Transdisciplinarity.
