Abstract:
Introduction:
The integration of undergraduate students into the educational milieu through the strategic organization of events, activities, and festivals is crucial for fostering a sense of belonging and engagement. This approach augments the university's appeal and enriches the educational environment for students, visitors, and the broader community. Ajman University exemplifies this strategy through its annual Global Day, a flagship event that celebrates its international student body's diverse cultures, customs, and traditions. This study delves into the pivotal role of such events in enhancing the university's image and fostering a dynamic destination experience.

Objective:
The primary aim of this research is to explore the utility of student-oriented celebrations, with a spotlight on Global Day, in serving as a pivotal marketing and educational tool. This event offers a unique vantage point to assess how cultural engagement and experiential learning can underpin the university's competitive edge, enhance students' cultural competencies, and facilitate a vibrant exchange of knowledge and experiences. Through this lens, the study scrutinizes Global Day's dual promotional and educational dimensions, highlighting its contribution to the educational lifecycle and the cultivation of a cohesive academic and external community.

Methodology:
Employing a blend of analytical and theoretical frameworks, this research undertakes a comparative analysis of event organization and management strategies across various academic settings. It investigates the impact of these methodologies on the design, execution, and outcome of university events. By critically analyzing existing literature, the study aims to construct a comprehensive organizational model to inform future educational institution event planning.

Results:
The findings reveal the efficacy of strategic event management in promoting the university's image and enriching the student experience. Focusing on Global Day at Ajman University, the research outlines how such events can serve as exemplary models for other institutions, underscoring the significance of well-orchestrated events in enhancing educational environments and bridging the gap between the university and the wider society.
