Abstract:
Today, interactive learning environments and web-based educational systems collect a great mass of data, related to online activities of learners and teachers. The analysis of this data can allow teachers having a clear idea about the achievement and success of the learning process and also helps them to ensure a good perception on the behavior of their students and identify their best learning styles.

The analysis and interpretation of these massive data through manual methods can be very hard and complicated and they may also require skills and deep specialized qualities. These borders urge us to use powerful tools of information and communication technologies. It is about adopting new and more advanced approaches to provide quick, accurate and effective solutions to these problems. These approaches include data mining tools that can be used to extract information and knowledge from multiple systems by means of the data analysis.

The objective of this article is to provide some results of studies conducted on Web-based educational systems in general and specifically on interactive learning environments e-learning in some Moroccan universities based on application of data mining technologies. We are particularly interested in student’s learning styles and the adaptation of training content with different styles.
