Nowadays many universities around the world are actively involved in the evaluation of the effectiveness of teaching. This problem is relevant not only for educational organizations themselves, students are also interested in the solution of this problem, because students’ motivation to apply the acquired knowledge and skills in their future work depends directly on their evaluation of the effectiveness of teaching. For enterprises that are university’s partners it’s very important to understand benefits of this collaboration. One of the solutions of this problem are customized training courses. Principles of personalized learning and adaptive testing as well as analysis of needs of the customers (i.e. enterprises and students) are the basis for the development of such courses.
This paper describes the basic principles of customized training, discusses the best practices of educational organizations in the implementation of customized training elements, examines the possible stages of work on creating customized courses. The authors describe their experience in creating the customized courses within the university and propose several variants of interaction between university and enterprises on the development of such courses. For each variant, the authors describe the necessary conditions for selecting this variant, propose a step-by-step scheme of actions, consider the advantages of such interaction for all the parties involved. Keywords:
