Abstract:
In Turkey, use of social media and diversity of use is increasing every day.
According to the Google Consumer Barometer, %72 of internet users go online daily in Turkey (this ratio was measured in the 16-24 age range 84%, in the 25-34 age range 77%, 35-44 years of age in 62%, 41% in the age range of 45-54 and 55+ age range to be 62%).
And also usage rates for social media usage are over 40% among Internet users everywhere. They are especially high in Turkey, where 92% of the online population uses social media. Online video is often watched at work or in school is %29. By the year 2012, in 2014 the smartphone usage has reached 39% increased three-fold. Such figures indicate that Turkey is located in the top among other countries surveyed.
The scope of this paper, the effects of the use of architecture students will be investigated depending on the prevalence of digital equipment and the use of social media and the level of use of this diversity,
The method of study is based on the evaluation of a questionnaire conducted with students.
Through this questionnaire, it is aimed to determine and discuss about what equipment to use social media, how often they use, how to take advantage of social media in the training period of the architecture students.
With this study, it is expected to provide important clues about to contribute to students' learning styles and as well as for the development of educational pedagogy of scholars.Keywords:
