Abstract:
Aggressive behaviour of pupils is a negative phenomenon that has a significant impact on the social dynamics in the school environment. This phenomenon requires a thorough analysis and identification of the factors that promote or reduce it. One of the key aspects of the study of aggressive behaviour is the analysis of its impact on relationships between pupils.

It is also necessary to examine negative communication patterns that can lead to devaluing communication. Devaluing communication can create an unfavourable atmosphere and affect the collective dynamics in the classroom. Identifying and understanding these patterns can be the key to effective preventative measures. However, devaluing communication can also be a source of aggressive behaviour in some relationships and situations. It greatly disrupts relationships within the classroom and also the overall classroom climate. This type of communication can have a negative effect on the pupil and, if communication principles are not followed, can lead to misunderstandings and mistakes.

Preventive measures include creating an inclusive and supportive environment through pedagogical strategies. Fostering positive communication and interaction between pupils can play a key role in eliminating aggressive behaviour. In particular, it is important to foster effective communication in which communicators follow all communication rules and thus achieve better understanding and support. Implementing programs that promote emotional intelligence and social skills can contribute to the development of healthy relationships among students.

Cooperation between teachers, parents and pupils is also an important aspect. Communication between these parties can provide a space for sharing experiences and finding effective solutions. Teachers should be equipped with the tools to identify signs of aggressive behaviour and to provide appropriate remedial measures. Teachers should be role models in communication and, as such, they should in particular apply effective communication and follow individual communication rules.

In the final phase, it is crucial to evaluate the effectiveness of the implemented measures and contribute to the development of sustainable solutions. A comprehensive approach that includes not only responding to acts of aggression, but also prevention and fostering positive relationships, can lead to an environment where students feel safe and support each other in their personal and academic growth.
