Abstract:
The main area of this study is to identify factors, which represent barriers that can cause people to stop reaching their full Personal Growth, and Development.
For this research qualitive interviews by three experienced Lecturers in order to capture their views, and experiences in conjuction with my own personal experiences, and knowledge gathered from research litrature on the subject, I will also conduct a student survey in my own area which deals with apprentices who are sponsored by companies.The Quantitative student survey consisted of fourty questions that relating to students that are in employment based on Career Anchors.
These questions was done with twenty students,each student will mark a score one to six, and be given a score card that will identify the top three their top career Anchors.
The analysis of the data gathered will provide a detail insight on how they view their career Anchors.Keywords:
