Abstract:
The aim of this paper is to present methodological aspects that were considered for designing the Leadership in Sustainable training (as a vocational one) and certification program, in the context of “Leadership in Sustainability – Sustainable Manager” (LeadSUS, LLP-LdV/TOI/2013/RO/022) education project, founded with support of the European Commission. The training program have been tested during have been designed, implemented and then, tested and validated during five in-class training sessions organized with different target groups (four session in Romania and one in France). The trainees’ feed-back collection and process (as a research on trainees’ perception and opinions about the courses content, exercises and case studies, trainers’ methods of interaction and explanations etc.) have been considered for the training materials improvements and also, for creating adequate pedagogical methods for training. The preliminary pilot training sessions have proved the attractiveness, effectiveness and efficiency of the LeadSUS program (as a vocational training and an examination-certification process through the skills and competencies gained by the trainees are European wide recognize, www.leadsus.eu). These aspects will be shown and debated in the article. Moreover the whole certification process will be shown.
