Abstract:
This paper presents a part of a research in progress, entitled Mediation of collaborative learning in e-learning from the perception of distance tutors. The object of this paper is the teaching activities of the e-learning tutors and the training of professional habitus. The theory underlying the discussion are: Bourdieu (1983, 1989, 2007), Perrenoud (2001, 2002), Silva (2005) and Silva (2007, 2008). The choice of this object of study is justified by the need to understand how the habitus of professional tutors of e-learning is built in Brazil, considering that most of them did not experience the processes of teaching and learning online, prior work experience. In many cases, the training also did not provide training or knowledge of certain subsidized the training of professional habitus. From the questions presented in the text, it is proposed the inclusion of professional research habitus category to be held with tutors, and you can understand the formative paths and strategies for each one built.
