Abstract:
There are many and diverse opinions about the definition of the essence of educational technologies in the modern pedagogical literature. educational technologies are aimed primarily at the technological (procedural) side of the learning process.

Introduction:
The leading goal of the educational reform in Europe and Bulgaria is to increase the results of the educational process, which pass from knowledge, skills and attitudes to a higher degree of awareness - competence.

Methodology:
The design of the study is exposed in the following benchmarks:
The aim is to analyze the developing functions and impact of information and communication technologies in the lesson on "Surrounding World", "Man, Society and Nature".
The object of research is the lesson on the subjects "Surrounding World", "Man, Society and Nature" conducted by integrating information and communication technologies (ICT).
The subject of research is the effective impact on the achievements of students from primary education through the integration of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the disciplines "Environment", "Man, Society and Nature".

Tasks:
1. Analysis of the theoretical formulations including the methodology of training in "Surrounding World", "Man, Society and Nature".
2. Analysis of the theoretical and practical statements in the application of information and communication technologies in the lesson on "Surrounding World", "Man, Society and Nature".
3. Defining a methodology and algorithm for collecting, conducting and analyzing empirical information.
4. Summarizing the results of the empirical part on the application of information and communication technologies in the lesson on "Surrounding World", "Man, Society and Nature".

Research tools:
- Documentary method - research of scientific publications on the issue.
- Research method - survey at the input and output level with user groups - students, teachers, parents.
- Practical methods - video lessons with an interactive whiteboard and with the software programs Hot Potatoes and Mouse Mischief.
- Mathematical methods for processing the research results.

The selection of methods is refined in view of the three main aspects in which its problems are studied, namely: strategic, theoretical and practical.

Results:
The survey was conducted in October 2019. It was attended by 264 people from the city of Ruse, Bulgaria. The aim of the study was to find out to what extent Bulgarian teachers, parents and students accept the entry of information and communication technologies in education. For this purpose, three questionnaires were prepared, respectively for teachers, students and parents.
The teacher survey highlights questions about the frequency of ICT use in the learning process, their views on the benefits of information technology and the difficulties that arise in interactive lessons.
The survey for students emphasizes whether the equipment is available in their home and how often it is used at home and at school.
In the survey for parents, the questions are related to the use of computers at home and their opinion about the introduction of information and communication technologies in school.

Conclusions:
Quantitative data are eloquent about the state and attitude to the use of information and communication technologies in the educational process.
