Abstract:
1. Objectives of the study
The publication paper analyzes the learning and development opportunities offered by Higher Education Institutions, in particular ‘Angel Kanchev’ University of Ruse, for students with special needs. Depending on the disabilities they have, the education of these young people is difficult, specific and personally identical. What and how assists, facilitates and supports the University Management and each faculty member to minimize the difficulties of this group of students. From emphatical and humanitarian to practical and empathetic attitude and understanding of the needs of this category of persons. Protection, support, humanism, lack of prejudice, attitude and encouragement are some of the key words when working with them. Is our society tolerant, to what extent, how and why - answers sought from their peer students. What is the environment in the institution of higher education - an environment in which they develop and support, or an environment that ignores and rejects them? Barriers as an obstacle, but also as an opportunity to overcome and grow.

2. The effect on the education of collaboration between class level system and technology
The intersection between classroom level and digital information system in training are precisely the final result of modern literacy, suggesting opportunities for learning at any age and in diverse contexts. In addition, not only through traditional forms and only in education and training institutions, but also in the workplace, at home, during leisure time. This process takes place at three parallel levels - formal education and training, non-formal learning and self-education.

3. Supportive learning environment at the institution of higher education
To give specific examples of good practice in this direction with the ‘Angel Kanchev’ University of Ruse, where a club for students with disabilities and disadvantaged students from the marginalized groups is actively functioning. There is a real and well-established practice in the higher education institution to adapt the education of students with disabilities. At present, young people with different types of problems - with visual, hearing, disability of the musculoskeletal system and others - are being trained (according to the documents submitted by the students themselves by the LEDS or other medical and social data). Derived categories are interested in this publication a success, maternity and more. Data taken from the Scholarships Department in ‘Angel Kanchev’ University of Ruse for the period from 2016 to 2020 school years.

4. Methodology of the study
In order to identify the needs and problems that students in higher education face, we have conducted a survey, a small part of which we will bring to your attention. All 73 students participated for the current 2019-2020 academic year. The first question was an answer to how young people feel socialized and adapted in the learning environment, among their peers and teachers. If one person is not well, not comfortable, he will be reluctant to come to the school, reluctant to fulfill his academic duties. After that, we had a series of questions that screen out the insincere answers. Here we present them in summary form.

5. Summary and conclusions
When working with students, it is very important that they be motivated so that they can develop the idea, the teacher's project.
