EVALUATION OF EMPLOYEES AND SERVICE EVALUATION OF PROFESSIONAL SOLDIERS OF THE ARMY OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC

Abstract:
Evaluation of employees, which is a key activity related to education, development and career management, is clarified in the following article. Successful fulfillment of the organization’s tasks is conditioned by applying and using progressive attitudes to the organization’s human resources management. Decisive personnel activities of the organization are then employees’ selection, employees’ evaluation, remuneration and education.
The article then reacts to the current tendencies of the service evaluation of professional soldiers of the Army of the Czech Republic in the present time which is typical by newly introduced changes in this field. In 2016, soldiers of the Army of the Czech Republic were firstly evaluated according to the new system of service evaluation over the evaluative period of time - 2015. The Ministry of Defence department is focused on improvement of the service evaluation process of soldiers of the Army of the Czech Republic and on analysis of introduced changes impacts because the results of service evaluation and their usage are key factors influencing the career development of soldiers and management of their careers. Evaluation of impacts after introducing the changes in service evaluation within achieved results of soldiers of the Army of the Czech Republic is included in the analytic part of this article. The analysis and comparison of achieved results of the service evaluation within the rank lower than junior officers of the Army of the Czech Republic over the evaluative period of time 2014 and 2015 is done within the article. The performed analysis and comparison within this period of time capture primary tendencies of soldiers’ achieved results development after introducing the new system of service evaluation. Then a detailed analysis of achieved results of a given rank in the field of service evaluation over 2015 was done. This analysis reflects soldiers’ education and professional pieces of knowledge. The comparison with years 2012 – 2014 and comparison of chosen facts with foreign countries are included in the analytic part of this article.Keywords:
