Abstract:
University's system needs to encourage graduates with relevant occupational skills in today's work communities. The interest given by university institutions to the development of entrepreneurial skills is to support the business environment in the Western Region of Romanis. After investigating a sample of 100 respondents aged between 21-25 years old, it was shown an interest in developing entrepreneurial programs and initiatives in the academic environment. The research team proposes to use a comprehensive set of tools and frameworks to create a "blue ocean" like an entrepreneurial hub involving stakeholders from Timisoara and offering applied entrepreneurial workshops with real decision implications. The paper offers comprehensive research and a new vision on how to integrate entrepreneurial skills in the university learning environment by applying Blue-Ocean Strategy tools, such as Strategy Canvas and Eliminate-Reduce-Raise-Create (ERRC) grid.
After using BOS (Blue-Ocean Strategy) tools the research team proposes the development of entrepreneurial knowledge, skills, and attitudes (KSA) workshops and the transformation of challenges into business opportunities with the support of the Romanian business environment in the Western Region. Simultaneously with the challenges doubled by the health crisis and the establishment of the online educational system, the university institutions offer opportunities for experimentation regarding the entrepreneurial abilities among students, in thematic projects. The realization of entrepreneurship modules is an efficient solution in which the transfer of knowledge through mentoring actions and the experience of successful entrepreneurs, have influence on students, they will be those who through the gained skills will become employers of the workforce. In this context, the authors propose to use the Blue-Ocean Strategy creation, as an innovation that can sustain business in Timisoara through future engineers from UPT.Keywords:
