THE EVOLUTION OF PROFESSIONAL TRAJECTORIES OF TEACHERS AT KINDERGARTENS AND PRIMARY SCHOOLS

In the Czech environment, the evolution of professional trajectories of nursery and primary school teachers is relatively little researched.

The aim of the research is to describe the development of professional trajectory of a kindergarten teacher and a primary school teacher.

The research has a theoretical-empirical character. The theoretical part presents the examined problem.The research sample consisted of nineteen participants from the Czech Republic. Furthermore, the study presents research design and the conclusions of qualitative research, which was carried out using a thematic writing method and an in-depth interview with nursery and primary school teachers.

Important milestones that influence the development of the nursery and primary school teacher trajectory are professional milestones in the teacher trajectory. At the end of the work are interpreted and analyzed the results of the research, which led to the creation of types of kindergarten and primary school teachers.
