The new technologies developed today, creates new ways of learning, new methods of dissemination of knowledge, and especially used as tools in the learning process, bring an enormous contribution to the school practices at any level of education, and allows to create new relations between teacher and student.
The revolution brought by the global network made it possible for the information generated at anywhere to be available online anywhere in the world served by the the global network. Scientific consultations that took months are now quickly available and updated in very little time. Information is quickly socialized and given that knowledge is a cumulative process, new information interconnect converging into a database coming from different sources, amplifying the different views on a summative and irreversible process, making the globalization of knowledge and simultaneity of information , priceless benefits for humanity.
Therefore, the use of new technologies in education should aim to mediate the construction of the process of conceptualization of students regardless of educational level, seeking to promote learning and developing important skills, becoming part of the knowledge society and not just facilitating their process of teaching and learning. In order to the technologies NTICs promote the expected changes in the educational process, these technologies must not be used only as single machines to teach or learn, but as a pedagogical tool that fosters the student create interactive environments that provide the learning in the face of problem situations, which instigates research, hypotheses, which lead to the refinement of his ideas- Thereby building their own knowledge. Technology can not be treated as neutral property connected to productivist efficiency. The technology is born of the need to reconcile the material and social arrangements involving physical processes and organizational referred to applicable scientific knowledge: There is no way to think of a technology that is not the result of human needs, therefore not having the ability to shape society and nor writing the course of technological transformations. The technology are products of the needs and of human actions, charges, required by a society in constant changes, and developed according to their needs, historically built, expressing social relations on which they depend, but which, when developed, are influenced by human actions.
