Abstract:
Introduction:
Preparing state exams for access to the Judicial and Fiscal Career is a professional alternative chosen by many graduates on completing their Law Degree studies. The introduction of subjects in the Degree of Law to orientate the student in this choice is positive, having knowledge the students when they finish the degree since it is necessary to study the examinations and even it has allowed them undecided students to reject this option for the complexity of her same and to choose for another choice. The students are earning time in the preparation of the examinations.

Objectives:
The aim of this work is to value that advantages and disadvantages it supposes introducing in the studies of Degree of Law methodologies that orientate the student for the preparation of the future examination of examinations, for the access to the Judicial and Fiscal Career Secondly, to accentuate the need to work on other technologies, as skills of communication, expression, easing. Achieving that the student gains mental agility, time.

Method:
Consisted: “Study and Oral Expression Techniques”:to facilitate to them in personal topics as the work planning, of the time, to reduce the stress, technologies of concentration to be useful the maximum time, organizing study time, self-esteem and relaxation, preparation with techniques to avoid “mental blockages”; “Complementary activities" The European University of Valencia has introduced seminars on the access to the judicial career, “The final oral test”: Finally the examination consists of the oral exam, the student must say topics like the Judicial and fiscal exam, they have 15 minutes for topic and mentioning literally the articles contained in the corresponding topic.

Results:
Are showed in a study of evaluation of the opinion of the students on the technologies of study and the oral technologies of expression applied to the legal knowledge. They show the great satisfaction on behalf of graduates, provided that they had acquired the great fluency when this came to the delivery the matters. They have acquired skills that help them to avoid the improvisation and mental blockades at the moment of speaking publicly. 10 questions with 5 options like full agree, Agree, Indifferent, Disagree, Totally disagree were posed. The undecided student can now discard this option because of its complexity or opt for another choice without that supposing any loss of opportunity in their professional career. Several students declared that this methodology had helped them to decide not to prepare the access to the judicial career due to the complexity of the tests.
Out of the legal field, the students declare have learned the importance of supporting a positive attitude during the study.
In the same way, the teacher observed an important development in the students in their way of expressing themselves from the beginning of the term to the date of undertaking the exam, putting into practice all the techniques explained in the seminars.

Conclusion:
The students have familiarized themselves with the matters and with the technologies of study to be prepared for the access examinations to the expensive judicial career and to win time in the preparation.This educational innovation has motivated the approach of the study, the oral expression and techniques of concentration. The teacher has seen an evolution in the student in communicative skills and maturity.
