Abstract:
The aims of the communication are to present the results obtained from the continuous evaluation from the point of view of the final grade obtained by the student comparing the effect on the traditional evaluation, based on a single final test notes.
It is valued to a group of third year of the degree of Law during the second quarter of the academic year 2013/2014 and 2014 / 2015 on the subject of Civil Law with 6 ECTS.
The quarter is distributed in 12 didactic units, each unit consists of theory, later a few questions are carried out to be answered by the pupils on the studied theory, and one or several practical cases related to the material provided in each of the units. At the end of the quarter there has been a final exam
The results show that the continuous evaluation assesses best student work during all the quarter continuously to the final exam as a single test to qualify the student effort.
