Abstract:
At the University of Almeria (Spain), the European Union Economics subject in the Degree in Economics has been the testing ground of numerous teaching innovation methodologies:
- Gamification (trivial, minesweeper, multimedia puzzle...).
- Concept maps: They have been made for all the chapters of the subject and it is in the platform.
- Blog: through this tool students can contribute news and articles for a while.
- Roley Play for the elaboration of a map about the knowledge of Europe: At the end of the course, students will have to play a role play in groups about the different European countries. Both from the economic perspective and other political, social and cultural aspects. They must also provide a 'gastronomic product of the chosen country' on the day of the exhibition. This map can be found at: https://aulavirtual.ual.es/webapps/blackboard/execute/content/file?cmd=view&mode=designer&content_id=_1024379_1&course_id=_18369_1&framesetWrapped=true.
- Wiki: Students include concepts related to the European Union.
- Debate theme: The 2019/20 school year was about "Brexit and the European Union".
- Flipper Classroom: Videos collected in the media library were shown and discussed in class.
- Kahoot: Three have been made during the term.

The appearance of covid-19 has redirected teaching towards fields related to virtuality. An important part of the subjects are multimodal and that is because learning is changing in the relationship of the student with the teacher. And virtual tools and training pills must support the teacher in the difficult mission of teaching students who are less and less motivated in relation to face-to-face master classes. It is necessary to take advantage of the fact that the level of the student in relation to his or her knowledge of the use of computer programs is high and his or her interest in collaborative work is also high.
The objective of this communication is to analyze the viability of new teaching innovation strategies through the different formats of content videos: educational pills, mono-conceptual lesson, thematic lesson, tutorial, etc.

Specifically:
- The promotion of videos related to the subject. For this purpose, the inverted classroom methodology will be used. This system will be applied in several of the teaching groups.
- Educational pills. In this way, and in a synthetic way, it will be possible to explain specific issues of the subject that will be recorded. We will make one pill per practice of between 5 and 10 minutes using a PowerPoint.

The mono-conceptual and thematic lessons will be carried out by means of videoconferences. For example, the European Union Days, which are included in the teaching guide, will be replaced by three video conferences of national and international experts.
Therefore, the implementation and viability of these new tools should be feasible according to the acceptance that the previous tools have already had. The success of these tools will allow their extrapolation to other undergraduate and master's degree courses.
