Abstract:
Nowadays, developing all kinds of options for various options as well as developing cloud computing technology has reached the higher education institutions in need in the technology age. Cloud computing technically can be defined as clusters that provide data to computers through large data centre and servers providing services and resources over an environment created on the network through large data centres and servers. In addition to the studies for the adoption of cloud computing technologies in higher education institutions, there are also studies that set out different goals that address the issue. In current use, current literature on the adoption of existing cloud computing in higher education institutions and its place in higher education has been discussed. The aim of this study is to reveal the place of using cloud computing in higher education institutions. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, we need to examine the extent to which Cloud Computing is adopted in Higher Education institutions, whether there is an inspiration for the adoption of cloud computing technology in these institutions and the factors affecting them. The methodology of this research is the literature review, it is a research method used to conduct a regular literature review to advance through certain stages. This approach provides a concrete data-based result in the identification, selection and analysis of secondary data. In addition, this method goes through various stages to perform the literature review, including identifying research questions, extracting quality data and reporting. Some search criteria have been determined for this study. Using these search criteria and when reviewing and evaluating digital databases, certain conditions have been established for the inclusion and exclusion of articles. One of the results of this study emphasized the anxiety, fear, insecurity and cost factors that emerged in the studies of many researchers and the researchers put forward a model for the measures to be taken against these factors. Thus, they formed a basis in the literature to investigate these issues in depth. Some findings of the studies are based on the studies conducted and it is predicted that the adoption of cloud computing in higher education institutions has developed positively and higher education institutions using this technology will increase in the coming years.
