Abstract:
The third mission of the university is to promote the economic-social development of its environment and promote the transmission of knowledge outside the university. Considering the demands of society, university students should be trained to acquire entrepreneurship and innovation capabilities, so, in the future they can generate employment, improve economic data, and create a more sustainable system. However, the first contact with the labor market occurs in the very late stages of their education (especially during the completion of the final study project or during curricular internships), thus limiting the acquisition of knowledge, skills, and competencies of great importance for the labor market and their future professional performance.

Students should be able to:
i) face business challenges and the complexity of an organization in a controlled environment;
ii) put the concepts learned into practice;
iii) identify problems autonomously and understand the "why" and "for what" of what been learned; and
iv) internalize "how" theoretical knowledge is applied in a real business context.

Therefore, this paper aims to present a procedure for designing activities, protocols, and guides based on projects based on entrepreneurship and innovation, from the early stages of their education.
