Abstract:
The evaluation system designed by the University Francisco de Vitoria to the evaluation of the subject of Social Responsibility allows a detailed analysis, and systematic set of three key factors of the quality of teaching, such as functionality (consistency between results and purposes), efficiency (consistency between the processes and the media with the results) and efficiency (consistency between results and targets).

In this study we present the evaluation tools that are applied at the University Francisco de Vitoria to assess:
- Social Responsibility program, both its practical and theoretical.
- Department of Social Action, which is who coordinates and manages the relationship with the partner institutions and monitoring practices.

The results of the application of these questionnaires since 2003-2004 and extracted correlational studies have given us a lot of light to help us implement the teaching of this subject.
