Abstract:
Evaluative practice is essential in the teaching-learning process, and the act of evaluating learning is a means of making the acts of teaching and learning productive and satisfying. Considering the formation of teachers, when recognizing the true intention of the evaluation and its use in favor of teaching and learning, we witnessed a practice with many times, in which the evaluation instruments are built without any theoretical support, often without the objectives of teaching. Due to this, the good evaluation practice and the adequacy by the teachers of the different evaluation instruments to the learning objectives, has been subject of constant reflection in the academic area. Thus, this paper aims to report the experience of teachers of the Bachelor of Nursing Course at a private University of the city of São Paulo, in April 2019, about the realization of a workshop, seeking to direct basic orientations to the faculty, to the construction of assessment tools for student learning in relation to the skills and competences provided for in the National Curriculum Guidelines as well as the current Professional Exercise Regulation Legislation. This workshop proved to be of great importance for the teachers' formation, in terms of knowing how to elaborate questions in the teaching practice for the adequacy of teaching and learning. We consider that the workshop allowed the teachers to practice learning, based on the diversity of multiple choice questions formats, in congruence with the different learning objectives proposed.
