Abstract:
In the contemporary education, integration is becoming one of the central principles for the development of education system and enhancing an all-round development of learners’ experience. The art of music by its nature is syncretic as it combines knowledge of different science and art branches: literature and poetry, fine arts and natural sciences. It is especially essential to create integrative links between music and other subjects on the basis of learners’ educational activity in primary school.
Aim of the research: to study the theoretical and practical basis of integrating of music, natural sciences and the Humanities in primary schools.
Actualizing interdisciplinary approach in the music curriculum, the paper focuses on the possibility to integrate music, natural sciences and the Humanities in the context of enrichment of learners’ experience on the basis of three pedagogical principles - personalization, participation and productivity.
