Abstract:
This work is the report of an experience applied to a group of students of the National Basic Education Teacher Training Plan (PARFOR), Teacher Training mode. Through this degree, students get a degree. All students teach in the State Public Education Network, so the text name it the student-teachers. This activity was carried out interactively and practice and the methodology was to field research, with the completion of the technical visit during the lessons of discipline Supervised Training of the Federal Technological University of Paraná, Brazil. The objective was to show the student-teachers that teaching goes beyond the school walls. As a result it was found that student-teachers were sensitized on the need to seek alternative ways of teaching and can be used many different environments (institutions / companies / etc.), and the school classroom in order to facilitate the process teaching and learning and motivate the student. Always linking classroom content with reality, aiming to provide a more comprehensive student training. In this study explored the environment was a supermarket in the city. It follows that the non-formal space is presented as an important ally of formal education, because it incorporated some practices of this segment in the classroom, you can develop a more dynamic education and consequently more motivating for those involved in the process of teaching and learning. This work shows the importance of training teachers to work beyond the classroom.
