Abstract:
Higher education and science are the realms in which knowledge is created and disseminated. In search of opportunities to increase the competitiveness of our country. Business organizations are reorienting towards collaboration with universities, for the implementation of clear policies and joint activities regarding the creation of innovations and their implementation.

The cooperation between university, industry, and science elements is essential for driving innovation and promoting economic growth. Universities provide the necessary research and development, while industries provide funding and practical applications. Science, on the other hand, provides the framework and the understanding of the scientific principles behind innovation.

Scientific research and innovation have made significant progress in recent decades. In this context, business is a major user of the educational product, and meeting its workforce requirements would positively impact student achievement and curb unemployment. Interaction between education and business can be a useful means of synchronizing curricula at different educational levels in line with recent changes in the respective fields. Education lags far behind the needs of the digitized world and is becoming a restructuring economy.

Science is a key factor in achieving competitive advantages on a national and global scale. Defining a clear vision for its development is a guarantee of economic development, growth, and competitiveness.

The purpose of the research is to propose an author's conceptual model built from elements strengthening the sustainability of cooperation between educational institutions, science, and industry.

The importance of higher education and science for the future of any economy, as well as the need to analyze and evaluate their state, identify the main problems and outline guidelines for their future development, and determine the topical nature of the present research. To improve efficiency, an author's conceptual model developed in two parts is proposed. The first part is on areas of interaction, and the second part is made up of elements serving to evaluate the results of the effectiveness of cooperation between education, science, and business.

Its implementation would contribute to achieving sustainable and long-term cooperation between them, leading to economic growth.

The success of the Science Collaboration-University-Industry (SCUB) depends on several critical factors, including clear and achievable goals, effective communication, adequate resources, a fair and balanced partnership, and regular assessments. By focusing on these principles, SCUB can drive innovation, solve complex problems, and promote economic growth. To ensure the continued effectiveness of SCUB initiatives, it is important to regularly review and assess each of these key factors to identify any potential challenges and make necessary changes. By doing so, SCB initiatives can continue to have a positive impact on society.

In conclusion, SCUB can be a powerful tool for solving complex problems, fostering innovation, and driving economic growth. However, it is important to maintain its effectiveness by establishing clear goals, effective communication, providing adequate resources, establishing a fair and balanced partnership, and regularly assessing the initiative. By following these key principles, SCUB initiatives can continue to have a positive impact on society.
