Abstract:
In this paper we examine the problem of e-moderation in virtual environments from the perspective of the Actor-Network (ANT). In fact, we believe that individuals have a significant influence on objects, as objects influence the course of action of human beings, changing over time and, thus, continuing the cycle of influences. Leadership in a virtual environment is possible when the collaborative mediation is associated with technical resources to encourage the creation of an organizational climate that fosters the social production of meaning, helping users to make connections with what they know, and promoting significant learning. In this context, the ANT assumes a major role in these heterogeneous representations and in the relationship between collective subjects.
