Abstract:
After three semesters of working with students from Colombia and Mexico in a global Classroom activity, there are several lessons learned and expectations for new ways of generating knowledge.

As part of its internationalization activities, Tecnológico de Monterrey has promoted Global Classroom programs, which makes it possible to generate international connections and significant academic exchanges. For this purpose, work has been done for three consecutive semesters with students from this institution and from the María Cano Foundation of Medellín, taking as a work topic the normative and, practical aspects for addressing Psychosocial Risk Factors at Work and how the implementation experiences have been in each country (Colombia and Mexico) to address this issue, which becomes the trigger for other learning that will be shared in this work.

The chosen theme for the development of collaborative activities by students is of great relevance in professional training, given that occupational stress and psychosocial risk factors are work conditions that affect the health and productivity of women, which implies a growing interest in the understanding and intervention of these types of risks in the field of organizations and work, that concerns the different professions and disciplines, especially in times of pandemic.

The exercise of analysis and understanding of the subject in the context of the pandemic allows both the development of intercultural communication skills, as well as the incorporation of complementary learning as a result of interdisciplinary academic exchange. In addition, it is a socialization space highly valued by students since it allows them to expand their relationship networks and undergo an internationalization experience at home.

Likewise, for the group of teachers, learning is valuable and the improvement in synchronous and asynchronous work designs have been progressively perfected, integrating the experiences and constructions developed with the students, to favor the consolidation of learning.

The document includes information on: profile of the courses and linked students, the design of the collegiate activity, and learning generated both in the environment of the students and the teachers. It should be noted that the context of the pandemic facilitated the incorporation and management of digital platforms for the interaction of students and the proper development of the activity.
