Abstract:
Demographic decline, the rate of technological change, new technologies, constant changes in the educational system and the recorded level of quality graduates induce changes in work with available human resources at the stage of their education respectively training. Universities must respond to demographic trends and labour market developments and to focus on the perception of the whole career of the student in terms of lifelong learning. It means focusing on talent management not only for employees but especially for potential and actual students.

A new challenge for universities is searching, caring and working with talents that are capable of transforming innovative and creative ideas into business and innovation. The university faces the task of actively searching talents to address them as potential students or employees. However, working with talent varies from one sector to another, depending on the sector of the economy, on a long-term basis. While there are many practices, criteria, and indicators in the artistic or sporting field in the identification of talent, in engineering or business, we are more and more confident in the area of work.
