Abstract:
Italian music education system has not a vertical design that goes from kindergarten to University curriculum: after the schools the professional music training is entrusted to the Music Academy, no at the Universities and not for all people. Today it seems natural to ask where will goes the music education in Italy and if ever can implement the "utopian global project" music of training that invest the citizens throughout the school and life (lifelong and lifewide learning). In awareness and on these reflections should be recognized an important first step towards new relationships and new integrations between different social and cultural contexts, to the development of synergies between different structures of musical training. The article will propose the main lines of the actual cultural and training channels of music education in Italian University level and the possibilities for the young people, during the College and University studies, can recognize the no musical culture training as a deficit for full system training of the person. Exist in reality concrete opening and synergies between research and practice of music within the intra and extra Italian music education system? A possible way may be by Co.Na.COR - Italian Universities Choirs and Orchestras network, that constitute a valuable experience for the non-formal music training in Italy for all people. Keywords:
