Abstract:
This project defines all the steps designed to follow the learning process of students at a faculty of sciences through tutoring. The main objective of the tutorial is the assessment of a competence: Evaluating the activity and the learning, in short, the autonomy. The plan of the tutorial program organizes itself through a tutor who is a teacher with extensive educational experience in the first cycle of the bachelor. The tutor correlates with the students through general tuition, E-tuition (through a series of surveys) and concerted tuition. The plan also brings up a space of reflection for each student about its learning in a course where the continued evaluation is followed. The pupil has to learn in multiple contexts given that the teachers of the subjects not only propose general classes but also a set of activities of learning that have the achievement of a set of transversal competences as a purpose. The tuition then complements this learning. The plan is complemented by a temporary organization, the design of the reception, the structure of coordination and the evaluation on the part of the tutor of the competence about the autonomy. Also, the program evaluates the proactive behaviors, those of effort and those of implication. Finally, in this paper, we describe the achievements of the tutorial process through the evaluation of the plan of tutorial program from personalized interviews to a series of students and also to a number of tutors.
