Abstract:
The purpose of this paper is to show professional monitoring program of university graduates in the Faculties of Law and Economy and Business of the University of Barcelona, with projection towards Latin America in the Sede Atlántica of Universidad Nacional de Río Negro and in the Centro Universitario Regional Zona Atlántica of Universidad Nacional del Comahue. This Program is the result of two current research projects on the labor insertion processes of graduates of these university centers. We have tree specifics objectives: to create the instruments and procedures that allow the university institution to obtain information on the degree of satisfaction of graduates with the training received at the moment of finishing their studies, the employment situation and their sociodemographic characteristics; to know their pathways four years after graduation; and to make a comparative analysis between the different degrees of the first promotions of graduates (courses 2014-15 and 2015-16) focusing on the starting situation towards the world of work. In summary, this analysis aims to study the unequal labor insertion of the graduates, considering an intergenerational and gender perspective.
