Abstract:
The article is a study based on Sectors united for fostering Employability of young adults through E-work Development project (SEED). The project is funded by Erasmus+, the European Union programme for education, training, youth and sport and is being developed by a partnership from six countries across Europe: Hungary, Croatia, the Netherlands, Portugal, Romania and the United Kingdom. The project draws on the European context and aims at exploring and integrating the competencies necessary for e-working organizations at EU level as well as providing young people with support through training on developing e-work competencies. The article presents one of the project’s main outputs: the course addressing e-tutors with its training materials produced to support young adults’ e-work development. The presentation of the course focuses on the objectives of the course, its topics and one of the techniques used to digitize traditional content: the storyboard technique. Keywords:
