Abstract:
Collaboration in education is not less important than in any other sphere of human activities. International projects, such as Erasmus Intensive Programmes (IP) let solve the problems of academic recognition and integration into the curriculum as well as sustainability, help facilitate networking and build new contacts.
Working together in multinational groups and thus benefiting from special learning and teaching conditions, students do not only broaden their knowledge and skills in Project Management, but also apply their own projects after analysing real cases of best projects realisation on the spots.
Both teachers and students from different countries share their experience; lectures, workshops and various activities held in English help develop intercultural and communication skills in addition to managerial skills. Evaluation of students’ projects by foreign teachers/experts boosts students’ belief in themselves.
