Abstract:
We intend to present the partial issues resulted during the development of the Project with the acromin: PwD Employ ”Personal Learning Environment for the Efficient Recruitment of People with Disabilities”. The progress of this project is revealed by the every partner team country partial results like: The National Context Analyses, The Good Practices in the disabled persons' recruitment, The Personal Learning Environment Analysis and Identification of Good Practices for the Efficient Recruitment of People with Disabilities. PwD Employ is a Leonado da Vinci Transfer of Innovation project approved in 2008 through the European Commission (DG Education and Culture) Lifelong Learning Programme. The project builds on the previous the IMMI TRAIN project (Leonardo da Vinci pilot project – PT/05/B/F/PPP-159155) focused in the integration of the migrants in the labour market. The European partnership aims to gather people and organisations who are responsible for the recruitment of the people with physical disabilities: human resource managers, recruitment companies and trainers specialised in human resource management. Next to the Promoter Associaciό Balear d’Esclerosi Mύltiple ABDEM- (Palma de Mallorca) Spain and Coordinator XXI INVESLAN, S.L. – (Bilbao) Spain, there are other 5 Partners from other 5 different UE 27 countries, including: Pontydysgu Ltd. United Kingdom, Institutul Naţional de Cercetare Ştiinţifică în Domeniul Muncii şi Protecţiei Sociale – INCSMPS /National Institute of Scientific Research and Social Protection – România, Sociedade Portuguesa de Inovação - Consultadoria Empresarial e Fomento da Inovação, S.A. – Portugal, Informācijas sistēmu menedžmenta augstskola - Information Systems Management Institute (Riga) Latvia, P&W Praxis und Wissenschaft Projekt Gmbh Am Bachl 30, (Ingolstadt) Germany. The main objective of the PwD Employ project is to favour the recruitment of people with disabilities, contributing to facilitate their professional and personal development through the training of the collectives who work in the field of the human resources management. The main result of the project will be the development of a Personal Learning Environment PEV: a training resource based on technologies web 2.0, which will allow target group to manage and monitor their own training. The people who are responsible for the recruitment of the people with physical disabilities (human resource managers, trainers specialised in human resource management) will the main beneficiaries of this PEV. This PEV will allow them to improve their knowledge, raise the awareness and change their attitudes for recruitment of people with disabilities in view to improve business management in relation to the participation and integration of this people in the labour market as a consequence of the efficient recruitment they will develop. Also, the special PEV is designed to support companies, organisations who are responsible for the recruitment of the people with physical disabilities (recruitment companies) in providing equal opportunities for employment in view to promote the integration of target people in the labour market through increasing their employment rate. In this paper we intend to offer the sketch of the Romanian context and Good Practices example for the Personal Learning Environment for the Efficient Recruitment of people with Disabilities.Keywords:
