This project is included into the LIFELONG LEARNING PROGRAMME Leonardo da Vinci, Partnerships, Dg. Education and Culture during the period 2008-2010. The European partnership is formed of multiagent organisations directly linked to training, entrepreneurial and social environments. Next to the Promoter INVESLAN – Spain, there are other 7 Partners from other 7 different UE 27 countries, including: Centre for Educational Research, University of Koblenz Landau – Germany, ET Infoart - Bulgaria, Hellenic management association – Greece, MOMINT Ltd. – Poland, National Institute of Scientific Research and Social Protection – Romania, Pragma Engineering srl – Italy, Sociedade Portuguesa de Inovação - Consultadoria Empresarial e Fomento da Inovação, S.A. – Portugal. The interest in life long learning represent the subject for a strategic framework for European cooperation in education and training, recently reaffirmed (16.12.2008) in different documents like the text COM(2008) 865 pg 14, of the European Commision, with EEA relevance: ”An updated strategic framework for European cooperation in education and training”. Among the priority themes to be highlighted in 2009-10 mentioned in this document is that regarding the shaping ”Innovation-friendly institutions: Promote creativity and innovation through developing specific teaching and learning methods (including the use of new ICT tools and teacher training)”. It is always a good time to learn” is specified that a “good governance in adult learning providers is characterized”, among others by: “an innovative approach to learning”
Under the Project DeInTRA, the partnership “intends to reach a consensus through a iterative dialog about the innovative methodologies in lifelong learning. We intend to present some partial results regarding the stage of development for the project subject in Romania, as an active partner under the comparative frame developed. At this moment we could mention our contribution to the definition “what are innovative methodologies in lifelong learning”. Another contribution is represented by the simple evaluation, in the Romanian context, of the presence of the training methodologies under the project DeInTRA typology. Currently DeInTRA classify new training methodologies in five types: e-Learning, m-Learning, Blended learning, On-the-job planned training (coaching and mentoring), Cooperation Networks, Events.
