Abstract:
The Internet, computer communication, mobile telephony, but also new technologies have a significant impact on the psychological development of the individual, but also on the dynamics and social structure, especially because it completely changes the way interpersonal communication is achieved.

In recent years, computer-assisted education or e-learning, has grown in Romania, developing more and more as technology has evolved. Thus, in education, online training comes as a complement to traditional education, by using modern techniques and technology in order to achieve a higher level of teaching-learning-assessment.

A great impact of online technology can be seen in the university education system. Whether we are talking about online courses, conferences or trainings, they all have a much greater impact on young people, if they are in the virtual environment, due to accessibility and the fact that the population is in constant motion.

In this paper, we aimed to analysed the impact that digitalization, as a result of this year's pandemic, had on the quality of learning in online classes, but also what is the students' perception of how to conduct online educational activities.

The aim of this paper is to find the best solution to implement digitization in university studies, to create a more comfortable environment for students. The objectives of this paper are the analysis of the impact that the transition to the online education system had during the pandemic.

To write the article, we used a qualitative research at the level of students, through interviews conducted at the level of their representatives, in the university organizational structures. This research was applied to 50 students, both bachelor's and master's, and aims to analyse the perspective of students on the past year, year in which teaching was conducted online, and how I see the impact of digitalization on the educational process. The results of the study showed that the new generation is attracted by the idea of digitalization, but still retains a human side, and emphasizes the need for socialization at the level of student groups.
