Abstract:
In the evolving narrative of education, this article illuminates the indispensable role of facilitators in shaping the educational journey. Focused on the sub-category of "Generic Skills and their Development," the exploration begins with a definition of generic skills and the distinctive contributions facilitators make to their development.

The facilitator-led framework takes center stage in Section 2, where we delve into the unique ability of facilitators to align learning objectives with the development of generic skills. This section advocates for learning by doing under the guidance of facilitators, showcasing hands-on projects that elevate problem-solving, collaboration, and creativity.

Section 3 confronts challenges in implementing facilitator-led approaches, offering insights into overcoming resistance and optimizing resource allocation for effective skill development.

In conclusion, this article underscores the transformative power of facilitator-led curriculum design in nurturing future leaders. By empowering facilitators to guide students through hands-on experiences, we can ensure the development of not only academic prowess but also the essential skills needed to excel in a dynamic world. Through this facilitator-centric lens, we envision a future where education is a dynamic, skill-oriented journey, preparing students not just for exams but for the challenges and opportunities of the real world.
