The author also analyses the built network of ESP teachers, particularly on technology oriented universities as well as the role of professional organizations covering the English language practitioners which in Slovakia is represented by Czech-Slovak Association called CASAJC (Czech and Slovak Association of Language Centres in Higher Education) founded in 1999. This Association operates within CercleS – the European Confederation of Language Centres in Higher Education founded in 1991 and is aimed at bringing together approximately 300 Language Centres, Departments, Institutes, Faculties or Schools in Higher Education Area whose main responsibility is the teaching of language (not only English).
