Abstract:
Research Background and Objectives:
In the current social atmosphere, mental health and well-being are increasingly important. Researchers believe that schools and educational institutions have a responsibility and opportunity to enhance students' quality of life through happiness curriculums. The objectives of the research are as follows:
1. To assess the impact of the happiness curriculum on students' sense of well-being.
2. To explore the role of the happiness curriculum in academic achievement.
3. To analyze the impact of the happiness curriculum on social skills and interpersonal relationships.
4. To provide guidance for future educational practice and policy.

Teaching Practice and Strategies:
The researchers implemented a 14-week happiness curriculum for first-year junior high school students during weekly class meetings. The strategies included:
1. Interactive Learning: Group discussions, role-playing, and simulation games.
2. Reflection and Journal Writing: Emotional diaries, reflective diaries.
3. Practical Exercises and Homework: Action-oriented tasks, setting personal goals, applying what is learned in daily life.
4. Emotional Regulation and Management: Breathing and relaxation exercises, emotional cognition training.
5. Goal Setting and Tracking: SMART goal setting, progress tracking.

Research Methods and Data Collection:
1. In-depth Interviews: One-on-one interviews with students participating in the happiness curriculum.
2. Focus Groups: Organizing student groups to discuss experiences with the happiness curriculum.
3. Participant Observation: Researchers participating in and observing the course, recording student interactions and responses.
4. Regular assessments and feedback mechanisms to measure learning outcomes.

Research Results and Findings:
Overall student performance included:
